New collection, new chapter — we’re growing with you. We’re currently hiring for two roles to support our next phase.

1) Warehouse Order Picker / Fulfilment Associate

Help us deliver a smooth experience from shelf to doorstep. You’ll prepare orders with accuracy, keep stock tidy, and make sure parcels leave on time in great condition.

Key responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and label customer orders accurately.
  • Conduct basic quality checks before dispatch.
  • Receive, count and organise incoming stock.
  • Keep aisles, stations and equipment clean and safe.
  • Work with the team to meet daily dispatch targets.

What we’re looking for

  • Good attention to detail and reliability.
  • Comfortable on your feet and able to lift light parcels.
  • Basic computer/scanner use (training provided).
  • Positive, team-first attitude; punctual and organised.

Contract: Full-time (shift patterns available)  |  Location: UK warehouse  |  Start: ASAP

2) Graphic Designer (Brand & E-commerce)

Join our design team to shape the look and feel of Orthae Original across campaigns and product launches. You’ll create assets that are clear, useful and on-brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Design graphics for web, email and ads (static + simple motion).
  • Develop product cards, size guides and packaging-ready assets.
  • Maintain a consistent visual system and file hygiene.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and new collections.

What we’re looking for

  • Portfolio showing strong layout, typography and brand sense.
  • Proficiency with Figma or Adobe CC; basic video/gif a plus.
  • Comfort working to briefs, deadlines and feedback loops.
  • Clear communication and attention to detail.

Contract: Full-time or freelance  |  Location: Remote (UK-friendly hours)  |  Start: ASAP
